- This course introduces district administrators to the SPED Model, a private AI assistant connected to a trusted knowledge base of Kansas literacy, dyslexia, structured literacy, MTSS, screening, curriculum evaluation, and educator training resources.
- The course is designed for leaders who may be using AI for the first time. It explains what the knowledge base includes, how the AI uses trusted sources, how to ask useful questions, and how to responsibly review and apply AI-generated answers in district leadership work.
- By the end of the course, administrators will be able to use the SPED Model to summarize guidance, prepare meeting materials, create checklists, support communication, and organize implementation planning while keeping human judgment and district responsibility at the center.
